This little baby recently enjoys playing on her tummy. She is practicing hard to roll over from back to tummy (and she did succeed a few times, yay!) She also just discovered that her hands can actually be used to grab and hold things (and she’ll put them to her mouth afterwards). She’s a little thumb sucker. She is learning to kiss when I offer my cheeks. She babbles a lot when she’s in the mood. She is happy when her tummy is full and she gets enough rest. She has recognised faces and places. She doesn’t really get along with being in a new place or seeing new people, we’re still working on it. She enjoys bath time. Her new hobby is putting everything into her mouth. She’s figuring out how to giggle and laugh out loud without hiccuping in the end. She likes to be held when she’s bored (hope this will lead to mama having toned arms. I wish.) She likes the idea of a tour around our house (again, hope this will serve well as mama’s exercise). She also likes the idea of pulling mama’s hair, it’s kind of fun to her but not to mama. She just discovered how to pout (oh my!). She likes to observe everything near her, she’s always curious. “Itsy Bitsy Spider” is her most favourite song. Well, she’s not a happy baby all the time. She has her moments, too. And her angry cries frustrate me a lot of times. But her smiles and laughs always make up that frustration just in a snap.
I simply can go on and on and on talking about her. But I’ll just keep it for next time. Oh well, I hope I won’t become that kind of mama who talks about her child all the time. But please excuse this new mama if I become one, will you?
