Well well well, I know it has been a long pause since I last added post. It’s merely due to the lack of connection and also lack of time since I dedicate most of my time to enjoy home to the fullest. Spending time with family, indulging myself with local heavenly food (which apparently led to the discovery that hot chilli food is longer my bestfriend. I swear, we were back then!), visiting memorable places, reminiscing the good old days, meeting friends and relatives, strolling the city, etc etc..
anywayss, as I owe you a lot of stories (I promise I’ll catch up little by little), let me start by introducing you to my new friend, lomo lc-a! I guess my craze for it has appeared in this blog too many times before. A little bit overexposed, I might say. It was a birthday gift, thanks to my special someone. At first I completely had no idea on how to operate this camera and stuff. Excited yet bewildered. Mine was not equipped with instant back +, anyway. So it is unable to print images right away or instantly. Instead, I’m up to conventional way of taking pictures, just how the common analog camera works with film roll. But trust me, it is utterly fun just the way it is!
As I finished the film roll, I took it to a counter where it can develop pictures. I thought, because it was my very first attempt, the pictures wouldn’t be great. And to be frank, I was fine if that so. Maybe I still made mistakes here and there. However, to my amazements, the resulted pictures were actually not bad. I should say great for first attempt. Well okay, some of them were still bad (too dark, blur, etc) but they didn’t matter the most I suppose. I’m really happy!
(my sister’s grad. i’m so proud of her!)
I swear I wanna be good at this thing. It is sure so much fun. You know.. just play a little bit, attach to the excitements and enjoy the surprise it gives later.
