well, just a quick wrap of my weekend. i worked in the lab on saturday. yes, saturday! from 10 to 7. my whole body was craving for real weekend for God’s sake. then it just came into a sudden that i really wanted to go to cinema. so, as soon as i went back home, i dressed up a little bit and then rushed to the nearest cinema, cineworld, and toy story 3 was finally picked after tired contemplating either watching toy story or inception. well, i personally thought (after hearing a lot from people who had watched inception) you should watch inception with your best brain. not after having a crazy day working. bad idea. i would love to watch inception one day when my brain is enlightened.

oh well, those cute little yellow things belong to despicable me. i’m dying to watch it too . the movies are coming a bit slow here in the UK i don’t know why. so i guess we have to wait. hmm, toy story 3 itself was really entertaining. the buzz lightyear in spanish version successfully made me giggling all along the movie. irresistibly funny! and what i love about animated movies or cartoons (i love disney’s movies by pixar) is the simple message yet so meaningful, funny yet touchy. i’m so into cartoons! toy story 3 simply reminded me of my childhood. and i suddenly mumbled “where the hell are all my childhood toys??” i’m so clumsy i don’t know where i put all of them and i moved cities quite frequently so maybe it just dissapeared somewhere i don’t even know. i know i’m bad, unlike andy. i miss my polly pockets. i miss my childhood. like i cared for nothing but playing around. sigh.

well, 3 weeks ahead might be the hardest weeks. i’m juggling both running experiments (there are loads. and i haven’t finished!) and writing up report, uhm, the thesis. but i’ll go through it anyway with bunch of hardworks, prays, hopes and lucks. fight till the end!

this past week has been superbly cold and grey and rainy which i really really hate. and today, i wore a coat when it’s supposed to be summer. i say SUMMER! well, don’t expect too much from summer here.

anyway, i desperately need a haircut. can’t stand any longer. it isn’t an idea to do the haircut once i fly back to my country (i sure know which salon works best with my hair) because it’s still way too long. sigh. any recommendation?

the title refers to my weekend (as sweet as candy)! not me. haha.

(my sister thought it’s just a decorative stuff). i want those candies. haha. the picture was taken in selfridges food hall bullring, birmingham. finally i spent one weekend here after london back and forth 3 times in a row. and i’m so happy there is an application named hipstamatic so i can explore taking vintage pictures like above. anyway, good news of the week: i pass all modules! woohoooo. bad news: my project is killing me, well a month to go, i’m feeling happy and worry at the same time. God bless me.

p.s. boyfriend thinks he is dating a kid. and he was a bit embarrassed when taking my silly pictures. haha.

hi all! how have you been doing? me, i’ve been very much tied up by the project. well, just in case you’re wondering why i didn’t appear in this blog these days. and as the matter of fact, weekend is obviously something very precious and priceless that i don’t want to miss any bits of the excitement. enjoy weekend to the fullest! i didn’t work at weekend. not experiment, nor report although i know that several weekends towards the deadline i should give up my weekend to writing report. that’s just the way life is. we do know that work and play should be well-proportioned, don’t we?! well, the project itself is going fine. a bit demanding (haha) but that’s really ok with me. i know this is going to be worth it for my future, whenever it is. i’m gonna do my best, for sure.

ok, that’s all about my life and the research project. as i told you, i didn’t wanna miss any part of weekend amusement. until now i’ve been to London 3 weekends in a row. twas a blast! you know what, i should really be thankful London was at its best weather when i did the visit. perfect summer. seriously, i wouldn’t mind getting darker. haha. i love bright sunny day! (i love snow too! i hate rain and harsh wind, that’s all) well, the crowd was a bit too much. it’s summer holiday mind you. but again, that’s alright with me. hehe. and for the millionth times, i say, I LOVE LONDON.

new this weekend! well, for my sister actually. not mine. hehe.

i was actually thinking to buy myself the similar one. but after several thoughts, now it’s confirmed that i’m after the lomo lc-a instant back+ one. sure gonna cut a lot of spending on clothes and unnecessary things this month and next month. i swear to God i’m so in love. find the resulted pictures here.
