i couldn’t afford fancy things in Harrods!! but i did buy this sweet called macaroons ladurée. it is actually originated from Paris. therefore i was kinda surprised when i saw they have a cafe at Harrods. without thinking twice, i bought this sweet. and it is seriously very sweet. and look at the colors. beautiful! i want more

i stopped by the famous max brenner when i was in a 9 hrs transit. hihihi.. i love the place, soooo cozy! and the chocolate is also delicious. me likey !!!

Father, bless my parents. Thank you for the greatest parents You gave to me. I will honor them as I honor You. I’ve promised You to not let them down. I realize that I am what I am right now is because of their supports, prayer, love, sacrifices. Give them health and joy. They have planted best things to me, and I pray to You that they will harvest the best too. Let them see that none of their sacrifices wasted. Let them be the happiest parents of the world to have me, sister and brother loving them. Let me be a good role model to my brother and sister. Father I pray to You, bless my parents, bless my family.

Father, bless the less fortunate people as You’ve blessed me. Teach me to not be quiet when seeing people in thirst, hunger and in need of something. Teach me to open my eyes and to hand helping to the surroundings. Keep me away from being arrogant. I’m longing I can share Your blessing to others. Give me God’s real love.

Father, You’re the one who knows me very well. You seek into the deepest of my heart. Shall You find the humbleness in me. Teach me to always be humble in You. Teach me to bow down in You. Teach me to be a good kid and better from time to time. Teach me how to please You. Teach me how to please my parents. Teach me how to love others. Teach me how to share Your blessings to others. Teach me to have a grateful heart at good and bad time. Teach me to control my own desires. Teach me to lean on You and hold Your hand very tight at any time. Teach me to only hope in You. Teach me to be tough and strong. Teach me to have a faithful heart in You and to do Your words. Teach me how to be a good sister. Teach me how to be a good friend. Teach me to be just like You.

Father, I’m tiny and shallow. I am a sinner. But it is You who pick me up. I shall proud in You, not in myself. I trust on Your promise that a bright future is awaiting when I walk in Your words. Thus, I am asking You to lead my way, to guide my every step. Come to my heart and mind. Please forgive me from my sins. Forgive my bad words, thoughts and attitudes.I am longing that You find me clean. And again, teach me to always be humble.

i woke up with tears in my eyes. it 6 days to my departure and i am so sad. even my boyfriend felt the same. hehe. i will miss my family a lot. i will miss my ‘home’ where i belong to. but as i’ve shared previously, this is life stage i must go through. anyway, i will share couple of things i will worry and miss about living abroad :

1. can i easily adjusted with new environment? with the life, working and studying ethics there? can i get along well with the people? can i interact and communicate well with them? is my english skill sufficient? can i graduate on time? can i understand the lectures? can i find a suitable job right after?? and still lots of questions related to this topic. oh God, please lead me.
2. my family. i will miss them a lot. though i didn’t live together with them 5 years past, i could always meet them at least once in a month and we still live in the same country that makes everything easier. but now, i’m going thousand miles from Indonesia. different country where different local time exists (6 or 7 hours differences) and thus it’s not that easy to keep in touch to each other. fiuh. and i won’t fly back to Indonesia until i finish my master or for very very very very important reason. God bless my family.
3. the-cheap-and-rich-of-spices-Indonesian-food. i was in England a year ago. i ended up eating KFC everyday. haha. i guess, i will cook my dishes myself to cut expenses. hehe.
4. facial!!! well, with the fact of my very very sensitive skin, i need to do facial at least once in a month. but there, where can i do the facial??? and moreover, how much do i have to pay? hahaha. i will bring the face cream (hahaha, bad word!) from Indonesia and find a suitable place do the facial there.
5. can i cover my living costs with the amount of money mom and dad gave to me?? hehe. i’ve promised myself i won’t ask for more except for very very very important thing. so i guess i will find a part time job at the campus. hopefully the salary is quite enough to spend on shopping or go traveling. hahaha. and i can still study well, too. hehe.
6. the atmosphere of my hometown. believe me, i’m going to really miss the atmosphere of my hometown no matter if people keeps saying bad things about Indonesia.
7. where can i buy DVD bajakan? hehe.
8. how if i get sick? i can’t go the doctor if it isn’t a serious injury. and besides, making an appointment with doctor there is not as easy as here in Indonesia. oh no. i hope i won’t get sick. i have to keep my stamina. hehe.

and still lot of things. God bless me! hehe. however, wherever i go, i must think globally and act locally! i won’t forget my hometown.n wish me luck guys!!

my very favourite, Zooey Deschanel, is the co-star!!! anyway, speaking about her, don’t you think she is so perfectly beautiful? because i think, she is. hehehe.

I am a very very big big fan of chocolate. and a friend of mine told me that i have to try MAX BRENNER cos it has the most delicious chocolate ever. i go check the website and am suddenly tempted! hahaha. currently, it doesn’t have branch in Jakarta. but there is one in Singapore, located in Esplanade Mall. i saw it last December on a visit to Singapore but i didn’t stop by there. fortunately, on a flight to UK, we have a 12 hours transit at Singapore (it is planned that we arrive at Singapore at 11 a.m local time, then connect the flight at 11 p.m). so i guess max brenner will be on the top of my must-visit-list (besides orchard, hehe). i want to try its famous chocolate!

p.s. the waffles, suckao and fondue really worth a try
